Delivery and pick were on time! Friendly staff and the carpet cleaner worked amazing! My carpets are clean and smell so good! What a difference! If anyone has pets or children or suffers from allergens in the home (carpets hold the most allergens), I suggest cleaning your carpets to reduce dirt, dust and dander buildup. I will use this service on a continual basis as the delivery and pick up service and pricing are great and convenient!

Thank you for the great service. I had a large stain in my carpet from spilling a beer mug full of coffee. The machine worked well, plus Bob had some additional suggestions for getting all the coffee out. I now have a stain-free carpet, a result much better than carpet replacement.

Very convenient to have the carpet cleaner delivered to your door! The machine worked great; I didn't realize my carpets were that dirty until I saw what was in the waste container. Bob is awesome to deal with. I will definitely use Astonize again.

What a great idea...have a company drop off a carpet cleaning machine that is clean and that works really well. The drop off and pickup of the machine were right on time, the cleaning solution smelled great and the machine did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience!! They arrived at my home when expected, brought the machine right down the stairs, gave a quick tutorial on how to use (Super easy!!) and provided awesome Customer service. Answered any questions or concerns i had and it even comes with an attachment for stairs! I didn't have stairs so i used it for small bathroom mats, how convenient! The soap is a good price. I still have half a bottle for the next time. Bob came back the next day almost exactly 24 hours later to pick up the machine, still with the same pleasant attitude as when he dropped it off. I definitely recommend them to anyone thats looking. The hardest part of this process was remembering their name!! Great job Bob.

Amazing machines! My son had dump an entire big jug of gain on my carpet downstairs, I was so stressed on how I was ever going to get it out of my carpet completely and this machine handle it without a problem!! My cats had also stained the carpet downstairs without us realizing until we moved furniture around I thought we had ruined them but it all come out leaving nothing behind! They delivered and picked up the machine which is super helpful for me as I am a mother of two and my husband works out of town. I highly recommend this place and will 100% be coming back anytime I need to steam clean my carpets!!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. My dog was sick all over my apartment (he’s okay!). Astonize was able to bring a vacuum to me within a couple hours of me calling them. Bob was very friendly and helpful! He brought the vacuum right up to my apartment and showed me how to use it. The carpet cleaner worked perfectly and was super simple & quick to use. The price was excellent for 24 hrs and they give you enough shampoo to do plenty of carpet/upholstery. Highly recommend :)!

This was an amazing idea! Delivery for free, especially when your busy with 2 kids! Booked online, got a call back within couple minutes to confirm and delivered 2 hrs later!!
