How much does it cost?

Our 24 Hour Rentals are $39.99. All rentals come with FREE delivery and pickup, FREE accessory tool rental as well as instruction on how to use the machine.

Will you phone to confirm the rental?

Yes we do. For all online orders we will give you a call to confirm the details of your order. If we do not reach you, we will leave a voice mail and send a reminder e-mail to call us back at 780-701-5112. 

All orders must be confirmed for us to make a delivery. If an order is not confirmed, we cannot make the delivery. We schedule rentals based on a first come, first serve confirmation.

Do I need a Credit Card for a deposit?

Nope! Astonize does not take deposits for our rentals. We simply require payment at the door (Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash) and photo ID to verify identity.

How do we pay?

Payment is accepted at the door. We have a portable debit machine for Visa, MasterCard and Debit transactions. For cash, we require exact change only as we do not carry around loose change.

Do you have any hidden fees?

Nope! All of our pricing is listed clearly on our website. There are zero hidden fees.

I need to order soap and other cleaning products.

No Problem! Once you've requested an order online, we will give you a call to confirm all the details of your order!

Is this machine better than the Carpet Cleaner I can get at the grocery store?

How can I rent a carpet cleaner?

You can call us at 780-701-5112 or visit our Rental Form to fill out our rental form. Once we have confirmed your order we can have the carpet cleaner to you within 90 minutes.

Is Delivery Really Free?

Yes! We Deliver and Pickup our Carpet cleaners to and from your door for free!

How long are rental periods?

We offer a standard 24 Hour weekday rental period and we also offer a 48 Hour weekend rental period. Both include free delivery
and pickup as well as no-charge accessory rental.

Are accessory rentals included with the rental price?

Yes! All of our rentals come with no-charge accessory rentals which are perfect for stairs and upholstery.

Do you clean and maintain your machines?

Yes! All of our machines are thoroughly sanitized after every rental period. We are dedicated to providing the best clean possible
for our customers.

How often should I be deep cleaning my carpets?

Astonize recommends a thorough carpet cleaning every 3 to 6 months. Not only does proper maintenance of your carpets prolong
its life but it also helps improve overall air quality of your home. A clean carpet is a healthy home!
